Waypoint’s client is hiring a full-time Junior Trajectory Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama to support the Missile Defense Agency’s Targets and Countermeasures program. The role involves developing ballistic missile target vehicles, performing pre-mission trajectory validation and performance analysis, supporting flight-test events, developing analysis and engineering tools, and managing data requirements and documentation. Candidates need a STEM bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant experience, an active DoD Secret clearance, and proficiency with MATLAB, Python, Java, and C#.
