Sieber&partners is hiring a Digital Consulting Associate for a student in the penultimate or final semester of a relevant master's program. The role involves working from the start on customer projects, analyzing processes, requirements, and data flows, developing digital solutions, planning and moderating workshops, and progressively taking ownership of customer mandates. The position offers early responsibility, project-based learning, flexible work models, and opportunities to develop expertise in areas such as business analysis, requirements engineering, IT project management, process engineering, data analytics, or innovation and strategy.
