FinMent is hiring a Junior Web Developer to support its product team in developing and maintaining scalable web applications. The role involves frontend, backend, or full-stack development using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs, external services, automated testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and CI/CD. Candidates need 6 months to 1 year of practical application-development experience, strong analytical and structural skills, and good English; German at C1 is ideal. The position offers hybrid work between remote and the Berlin office, with an option for a permanent project partnership.
