Sabine Lechler GmbH is seeking a Junior WEG Property Manager for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week direct-placement role in the Nuremberg area, starting 01.01.2027. The position manages owners’ communities, serves as the first point of contact for owners and service providers, prepares and implements owners’ meeting resolutions, coordinates tradespeople, monitors operating costs, supports refurbishment and modernization, and handles correspondence with owners, advisory boards, authorities, and utilities. The role requires real estate business specialist training or a comparable qualification, basic WEG property management knowledge, strong German, organizational skills, and a class B driver’s license.
