Description
The employer is hiring a Junior Welding Quality Control Inspector to support quality control of welding processes, learn non-destructive testing, verify compliance with technical documentation and welding procedure specifications, prepare quality and as-built reports, and cooperate with project, technical, and operations teams. The role is entry-level, includes training and development toward independent inspection, and may involve international projects in Poland and abroad. Applicants need English at B2 level, independence, organization, willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, and basic MS Office knowledge; prior quality-control experience is not required. The starting salary is PLN 6,000–7,000 gross per month.
