Description
The Junior Work Planner supports project managers and technical teams in preparing and executing building services engineering projects across commercial construction, residential construction, and renovation. Responsibilities include checking technical drawings and designs, preparing materials and parts lists, obtaining supplier quotes, ordering materials, monitoring delivery and project schedules, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, tracking changes, and entering project data. The role is intended for someone with a technical MBO level 3 or 4 or HBO qualification, strong organizational and communication skills, and an interest in building services engineering; prior work-planning experience is not required.
