Description
Rising Ground is hiring a full-time Counselor for Just Us, an ACS-funded gender-responsive diversion program for girls, gender-nonconforming, and nonbinary youth involved in or at risk of involvement with the youth justice system. The Counselor will provide youth-driven, healing-centered, anti-oppressive clinical and emotional support and advocacy, conduct weekly individual sessions, develop engagement plans, coordinate with program staff and stakeholders, maintain records and funder reports, and participate in supervision and team meetings. The role requires an LMSW, LCSW, or other clinical license, offers clinical supervision for LCSW/LMHC licensure, and provides medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
