Kitsap County is looking for compassionate and dedicated Juvenile Detention Officers to work at the Kitsap County Juvenile Detention Facility. The role involves shaping the lives of youth by providing structure, accountability, and life skills, aiming to help them overcome obstacles, reintegrate into their communities, and develop pro-social behaviors. Officers will maintain safety, guide youth, manage behavior, facilitate activities, monitor daily routines, track activities, respond to emergencies, assist with documentation, and ensure facility cleanliness.
