Description
Brightpoint is hiring a full-time Juvenile Justice Specialist to provide strength-based, trauma-informed case management and wraparound services to juvenile justice-involved youth and their families. The role includes home and community-based visits, needs assessment, service planning, case coordination, service brokerage, progress monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with educational, workforce, probation, mental health, and substance abuse providers. The position is hybrid, with office or remote work between client visits and in-home services in St. Clair County, and pays $20.78-$23 per hour.
