Description
Rising Ground is hiring a full-time Community-Based Therapist to provide intensive in-home, family, and community-based treatment for youth ages 12–17.5 across New York City. The role conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, engages families and community partners, provides evidence-based clinical treatment, maintains documentation, and coordinates with schools, placement providers, and other agencies. The position requires availability for evenings and occasional weekends, in-person work in New York City at least three days per week, and travel within the community; it offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
