Description
STV is looking for a Project Manager, K-12 to oversee the planning, design, execution, and completion of K-12 school construction projects. The role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules, leading project teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, mitigating risks, monitoring quality, and coordinating post-construction handovers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience managing construction projects, particularly in the K-12 education sector.
