K9s For Warriors is hiring a K9 Procurement Trainer to evaluate, assess, document, and safely transport rescue dogs for its Service Dog Program. The role includes on-site and off-site dog evaluations, behavioral assessment, transport coordination, recordkeeping, shelter and provider relationship management, and occasional overnight travel. It requires an H.S. diploma or equivalent, two years of experience handling unfamiliar dogs, previous shelter or rescue evaluation experience, a valid driver’s license, and availability for weekend, evening, and overnight shifts.
