Description
The Kafka Data Engineer will configure and set up Kafka platforms supporting trading applications, build monitoring and observability tools, investigate production issues, and provide early-Asia support. The role is based in Montreal with day-one onboarding onsite and in-office presence required three times per week, with a 12-month contract and 2–5 years of experience. Required skills include Kafka, Linux or Unix, Python and shell scripting, database concepts, and familiarity with trade data flows and Agile development.
