Description
As a Kalkulator (m/w/d), you will independently handle tenders for high-rise construction projects across the entire federal territory. You will calculate building offer quotes for both public and private clients, develop technical special proposals, and create site setup and schedule concepts. Additionally, you will prepare performance lists, determine masses digitally, and be familiar with PowerPoint presentations. When needed, you will also develop execution concepts for site setups and schedules. You will review potential technical special proposals and analyze tender documents, assessing resulting opportunities and risks. Finally, you will explain offers and present them to the client.
