Cotap is hiring a part-time KAM Advisor to develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve its quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental policies. The role coordinates risk inventory and evaluation, supports safety awareness and training, guides audits, manages emergency response and evacuation plans, advises management and employees, and translates work-floor signals into practical improvements. The position requires MVK-level or equivalent knowledge, at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of applicable legislation, process-implementation experience, strong communication skills, and an independent, proactive approach. It offers 24 hours per week and benefits including travel reimbursement, leave, a pension plan, and annual salary increases.
