Description
The KDB+ Developer is a contractor providing first-line operational support for Barclays' Markets Technology function during US market hours. Responsibilities include real-time monitoring of the KDB+ estate, data quality assurance, end-of-day job oversight, data interrogation across supported asset classes, and applying SRE practices to improve operational monitoring. The role collaborates with the KDB+ Core team and excludes KDB+/Q development, platform architecture, standard library development, and bespoke reporting.
