Description
The Kennel Attendant provides daily care for boarded and, when directed, hospitalized pets, including feeding, watering, walking, bathing, monitoring, gentle transport, restraint assistance, and health reporting. The role also maintains kennel and facility cleanliness, supports client communication, manages supplies, and completes hospital checklists. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior kennel, animal-care, or boarding experience is preferred. The position requires a flexible schedule covering all hours the practice is open, with compensation of $13–$15 per hour and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, and an employee assistance program.
