Description
Infoblox is hiring a Kentik Platform Deployment Engineer (PDE) for its Professional Services team. The role performs technical onboarding and deployment for new Kentik customers, including platform configuration, Private Agent installation, test creation, initial setup, customer collaboration, and escalation of technical challenges. The engineer will also validate AI-generated outputs against network data and security requirements and work with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams. The position requires extensive customer-facing technical experience, network and routing expertise, Linux administration, scripting, cloud and CDN experience, and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
