Description
The Account Agent will support inDrive Couriers' business clients through outbound and inbound account operations, relationship management, client meetings, feedback analysis, and timely resolution of service-related issues. The role requires 1–3 years of account management or related experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, Google Sheets proficiency, local-market knowledge, independent multitasking, and fluency in Urdu and English. It is based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad and is contract-based.
