Ali Lavoro, part of W Group, is hiring a Key Account professional to manage and develop a national client portfolio focused on staffing services. The role involves prospecting, reactivating former clients, negotiating with structured-company stakeholders, coordinating with territorial branches, analyzing HR needs, proposing customized solutions, and monitoring commercial KPIs. The position is based preferably in Milan or the Milan hinterland and operates across the entire national territory. It requires at least five years of experience exclusively with employment agencies, strong staffing expertise, and excellent relationship and communication skills.
