This role involves strategic and technical support for critical customers, translating their needs into actionable product requirements. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, driving account growth, conducting training sessions, implementing AI agent solutions, integrating third-party systems, overseeing deployments, and contributing to product strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, experience in B2B customer relationship management, a deep understanding of AI technologies like LLMs, and strong programming skills.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Experience and/or interest in supporting and developing B2B customer relationships, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Solid understanding of current AI technologies, especially LLMs and AI agents, and ability to communicate their possibilities from the business side up to C-level.
Good programming skills and capability to implement features and agents themselves.
Ability to think in customer processes rather than features, formulating requirements suitable for development teams.
Active use of AI in daily tasks for research, communication, and automation.
Ideal experience and/or interest in technologies for deploying and operating software systems, such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and hosting LLMs.
Enjoy taking real ownership in a young team and assisting in shaping products.
Strong sense of responsibility and risk recognition abilities.

Utilizes modern tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency.
