AbbVie is hiring a Senior Key Account Management Manager to implement key account programs in target hospitals, build strategic partnerships, support formulary listing, monitor policies and regulations, maintain account files, and drive the drug-in process. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field, at least five years of pharmaceutical or medical industry experience, at least one year of Strategic Partnerships Manager experience, and more than two years of team management experience. The position also requires strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
