Description
Alan is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic public-sector accounts, build relationships with key stakeholders, support onboarding and adoption, present consumption reports, identify customer needs, negotiate contracts, and provide feedback to product teams. The role requires at least six years of customer-facing experience, strong French and advanced English, experience with large organizations, and a growth mindset; prior insurance or public-sector experience is preferred.
