Cleanaway is hiring a Key Account Manager to retain and grow mid-market customer portfolios in Malaga and Perth, Western Australia. The role focuses on strategic customer relationships, contract optimisation, pricing discipline, sales pipeline management, tender intelligence, CRM and reporting, and cross-functional customer experience delivery. Candidates need experience in commercial or industrial B2B key account management, stakeholder and customer service capability, negotiation, presentation, tender response, revenue growth, a current driver’s licence, and familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; a tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline is desirable.
