Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in Private & Governmental sectors
Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of significant experience in KAM, access, payer relations, private or governmental health insurance management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Health economics studies/certifications.
Develop and execute strategic access plans for private insurance and governmental payers while building partnerships with key decision-makers and procurement channels.
Analyze insurance policies and reimbursement trends to identify patient journey barriers, then create value propositions demonstrating Mounjaro's clinical and economic benefits.
Map and archetype private and governmental sector channels by patient segment, including their networks and coverage criteria.
Gather market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats, recommending timely action plans while maintaining ethical standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, commercial excellence, and medical teams to implement organizational payer strategies and ensure best-in-class execution.
Lead end-to-end disease awareness projects and strategies targeting healthcare professionals and patients to maximize market impact.
