The role reports to the Account Management Director – Flex Automotive and focuses on customer relationships, contract renewals, profitability, revenue performance, commercial negotiations, escalations, cost optimization, program launches, and new business development. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, at least five years of account management, sales, business development, or customer-facing experience, multinational customer experience, fluent English, and strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
