O-I is hiring a Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with large strategic customers in the glass packaging market. The role focuses on revenue, volume, and margin growth; account strategy; negotiations; forecasting and pipeline management; CRM discipline; cross-functional collaboration; and market intelligence. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in commercial or economic studies or a related field, at least five years of progressive customer-facing commercial experience, B2B customer management experience, fluency in English and Italian, negotiation and P&L ownership experience, operational knowledge, CRM and SAP proficiency, and strong communication skills. The expected salary is €55,000–€65,000 plus 12% yearly MBO and a company car.
