Takealot Fulfilment Solutions is hiring a Key Account Manager in Cape Town to manage strategic e-commerce logistics and third-party fulfilment clients. The role coordinates with order fulfilment, dispatch, call centre, and operational teams; monitors delivery performance and SLAs; manages exceptions, claims, queries, and escalations; develops account plans and tailored fulfilment solutions; and identifies growth opportunities. It requires a relevant degree, 7–10 years of supply chain or logistics experience, at least three years in operations management, and experience managing key client and third-party provider relationships.
