Seabourne Logistics is hiring a Key Account Representative for its KAD warehousing and fulfilment team to serve as the primary contact for largest customers. The role manages customer communication, shipment tracking, change requests, complaints and returns, KPI reporting, and customer meetings, while coordinating with internal departments. It requires an MBO level 4 qualification, knowledge of customs and dangerous goods, full-time availability, and fluent Dutch and English. The gross salary is €3,100–€4,400 based on full-time employment.
