Description
The Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, alternating between Coordinator and Key Carrier responsibilities depending on store needs. The position acts as Manager on Duty, maintains accurate associate coverage, coaches and delegates Associates, ensures operational and safety procedures are followed, supports customer service and shrink-reduction goals, and requires flexible availability including nights and weekends. The role is based at the HomeGoods store at 1325 S. Plaza Way, Flagstaff, Arizona, with a starting pay range of USD $20.35 to $20.85 per hour.
