Intuitive Surgical is hiring a Key Customer Manager (KCM) to develop long-term strategic partnerships and robotic surgery programs for high-priority hospital and academic accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role involves executive and clinical stakeholder engagement, account governance, program design and scaling, capital expansion, education and training support, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of medical device industry experience, a record in strategic account management, and fluency in German and English.
