Preferred Qualifications: Ability to foster a service and selling culture, exceeding overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
Expertise in product categories, able to understand and communicate product knowledge (features and benefits) effectively to customers.
Strong ability to maintain and achieve measurable sales goals such as units per transaction (UPT), average dollar per transaction (ADT), item add-ons, and customer information capture rates.
Knowledgeable about current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
Commitment to maintaining company-merchandising standards, assisting in floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales setup, and store housekeeping.
Ability to assist with processing merchandise and monitor/replenish floor stock.
Proficiency in accurately and efficiently completing sales transactions and maintaining proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
Proactive approach to seeking opportunities for skill development and metric improvement by collaborating with the store leadership team.
Adherence to company standards for opening and closing procedures, along with compliance with the company's Time and Attendance policy and procedures.
Compliance with all local, federal, and state laws, as well as strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and practices.
High-level demonstration of quality work ethic, consistent attendance, and good personal appearance.
Collaborative spirit, actively partnering with the leadership team to drive activities aimed at exceeding store sales goals, supporting team development, and assisting with various store operational procedures as needed.
