Catbird is hiring an experienced full-time Key Holder for its new Seattle retail store. The role leads the sales floor, coaches Stylists, sells jewelry and piercing services, performs Forever Jewelry welding and device-based ear piercings, manages service flow and escalations, and supports store opening, closing, inventory, merchandising, and visual standards. The position requires retail leadership, customer service, hands-on service, scheduling flexibility, and physical readiness for extended standing and repetitive hand movements.
