Event Network is hiring a Key Holder for retail gift shops at Gaylord Opryland Resort. The role supports daily store operations, leads by example in guest service, assists with cash handling and inventory management, and organizes merchandise displays. Candidates need prior keyholder or supervisory retail experience, strong customer engagement and merchandising abilities, and flexible availability for morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. The position requires frequent standing and walking and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
