IT’SUGAR is hiring a Retail Keyholder to deliver a humorous and engaging customer experience while managing store operations. The role includes customer service, POS and register duties, sales, merchandising, store maintenance, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, loss prevention, and special-event support. Candidates must be at least 18, able to use a POS, work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, and independently handle up to 25 pounds; a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of similar retail experience are preferred.
