The role includes customer service, POS and register duties, sales, merchandising, store maintenance, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, loss prevention, and special-event support. Candidates must be at least 18, able to use a POS, work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, and independently handle up to 25 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent and six months of similar retail experience are preferred.
