IT’SUGAR is hiring a Retail Keyholder to serve as the primary customer-facing representative in a candy retail store. The role combines customer service, POS and register operations, sales, merchandising, store maintenance, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, loss prevention, and special-event support. Candidates must be at least 18, able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, use a POS, and independently handle physical store tasks; a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of similar retail experience are preferred.
