Description
The Key Holder supports La Senza store leadership by driving profitable sales, coaching selling behaviors, delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting associate retention and performance, and executing store operations. The role includes opening and closing procedures, cash management, sales reconciliation, inventory and shrink-control processes, visual merchandising, replenishment, payroll and expense awareness, and leading the team across store zones. Previous supervisory or management experience, strong communication, delegation, analytical and organizational skills, professionalism, and schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
