The Key Holder supports the Management team in leading store sales and operational execution, driving profitable top-line sales, coaching La Senza selling behaviors, managing customer and associate relations, handling opening and closing procedures, cash management, payroll budgeting, inventory, visual merchandising, replenishment, and shrink-reduction initiatives. The role requires previous management or supervisory experience, strong customer-service and analytical skills, business acumen, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
