La Senza is hiring a Key Holder to support store management by leading selling efforts, coaching selling behaviors, delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting associate relations and performance management, executing opening and closing procedures, managing cash and sales reconciliation, maintaining inventory and visual merchandising standards, and helping control store expenses and operations. The role requires prior supervisory or management experience, strong communication, delegation, coaching, business acumen, organization, and schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
