The role drives personal and profitable sales, coaches selling behaviors, supports associate retention and performance management, handles customer relations, opening and closing procedures, cash management, inventory and shrink reduction, visual merchandising, replenishment, and compliance activities. It requires supervisory experience, strong communication, delegation, coaching, business acumen, analytical and organizational skills, schedule flexibility, and a professional brand-focused demeanor.
