Petco is hiring a Key Holder to support store leadership in a Pet Care Center retail environment. The role supervises partners, opens and closes the store, handles cash and point-of-sale transactions, maintains merchandise presentation and inventory, supports customer service, and acts as the primary contact when management is absent. Previous retail experience is required, while key holder or supervisory experience is preferred; the position requires flexible availability, physical activity, and regular exposure to animals and cleaning chemicals.
