Petco is hiring a Key Holder to support store leadership in a Pet Care Center retail environment. The role supervises partners, opens and closes the store, handles cash and point-of-sale transactions, maintains merchandising and inventory standards, resolves customer concerns, and serves as the primary contact when management is absent. Previous retail experience is required, while key holder or supervisory experience is preferred. The position requires regular on-floor work, flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The stated pay range is $18.75 to $28.75 per hour.
