Thirdlove is hiring full-time and part-time Key Holders to serve as frontline retail leaders in its stores. The role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with opening and closing duties, daily operations, team coaching, clienteling, fitting consultations, sales, inventory, merchandising, and store readiness. Candidates should have 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication and product knowledge, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Compensation is $20 per hour, with paid time off and discounted or free products.
