A Key Holder at URBN supports the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, achieving daily store objectives, maintaining consistent product flow, and leading the team to reach overall store goals. This role involves initiating conversations with customers, contributing to a selling environment, delivering a seamless shopping experience, assisting with in-store pickups, managing the store environment, acting as an elevated team member, providing employee feedback, maintaining store standards, supporting opening/closing procedures, adhering to safety and inventory policies, actively participating in meetings, checking in with leadership, assisting associates in growth and problem-solving, and supporting new hire onboarding.
