The role focuses on exceeding sales goals, building and nurturing a client book, providing personalized styling and consultative service, modeling best practices for the team, and supporting store operations. Candidates need at least two years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, along with strong communication, POS, CRM, and Microsoft Office skills.
