Uniform Advantage is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and customer service. The role includes opening and closing the store, processing sales, returns, and exchanges, assisting customers with product selection and recommendations, stocking and visual merchandising, handling cash, supporting promotions, and assisting with occasional offsite retail events. The position pays $14.00 per hour, requires 15–25 hours per week, and offers a monthly bonus opportunity. Candidates need retail sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, flexible availability including nights and weekends, a high school diploma or GED, and must be at least 18 years old.
