The role combines customer-facing sales of demi-fine jewelry and piercing services, hands-on jewelry welding and ear piercing, coaching Stylists, managing service flow, handling escalations, and supporting store operations. Candidates should be experienced retail leaders, comfortable with customer service and hands-on services, flexible with weekends and holidays, and able to meet the physical demands of the work.
