Kao is hiring a Key Relationship Manager to drive salon revenue and acquire new market-leader and focus accounts across North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Virginia. The role develops Salon Joint Business Plans, manages budgets and sales consultants, converts competitor salon customers, and collaborates with Education Managers and senior sales leadership. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with at least five years of consumer-goods sales experience and prior salon sales experience. The position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $89,000 plus bonus and car allowance, along with healthcare, a 401(k) company match, and other benefits.
