The Key Relationships Officer will cultivate, pitch, and steward existing and prospective major donors, building long-term relationships and growing annual giving. The role manages a portfolio of donors capable of donating $10,000 or more, develops CRM and metrics-driven strategies, coordinates regional events, and contributes to revenue targets. It requires a bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of frontline fundraising experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and regular travel within the United States.
